Steve Kloeblen is a proven business leader who focuses on optimizing value for customers, employees, and stakeholders. Steve has a proven track record of executing growth strategies in CXO, COO and CFO roles over the past 30 years across innovative companies in Information Technology. As the CEO of Velocity, Steve directs the world’s premier provider of Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud managed services.
Prior to Velocity, Steve has served as a General Manager for IBM’s Managed Security Services Business, led IBM’s Mergers and Acquisition Practice and was CFO of IBM’s I/T Outsourcing Business. As a CXO, Steve has successfully enabled the execution of start-up, scale-up, turnaround, and high growth businesses.
Steve holds a B.S in Accounting, an MBA in Finance and a Post Graduate degree in Strategy and Advanced Management from Villanova University, Pace University, and Harvard Business School.
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
As Velocity's Chief Operations Officer, Jim McInnes is responsible for leading Velocity's day-to-day worldwide operations including service delivery, service deployment, customer service, and professional services.
Jim has developed and directed major multinational IT implementation and support programs for a number of years. Prior to joining Velocity, Jim founded and managed velos-IT, which became one of the UK’s fastest-growing IT services companies and served organizations across 25 countries. Jim led an experienced team who developed, sold, and delivered a sophisticated set of capabilities, including 24/7 support of business applications and IT infrastructure, systems integration, application deployment, upgrades, and custom software development for Oracle’s JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, and QlikView business intelligence software.
Before that, Jim was the Systems Director for Damovo (formerly Ericsson Enterprise division), where he was responsible for greenfield global implementation of Oracle’s JD Edwards and all IT infrastructure.
Executive Vice President Technology
As Executive Vice President of Technology at Velocity, Sal leads the company’s technology and product strategy, oversees Velocity private cloud infrastructure delivery and is responsible for enhancing Velocity’s Cloud Application Management Platform.
Prior to joining Velocity, Sal served as Chief Technology Officer for Locaweb (largest Cloud provider in South America). Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Applications on Demand for IBM. Sal also served as a Group Vice president for Oracle’s Consulting team focused on Technology, Industrial, Automotive and Aerospace verticals. Sal is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Management & Computer Integrated Manufacturing and a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Velocity Technology Solutions, Marc leads the company’s financial operations which involve managing the financial planning, analysis, controller, treasury and tax functions within finance; as well as, preparing company growth plans.
Prior to his appointment, Marc was engaged by Carlyle, Hellman & Friedman and TowerBrook, advising on potential acquisitions of business services technology companies. Before these roles, Marc was Chief Financial Officer for ConvergeOne Holdings, Equiniti Group and for the EMEA region of Marsh Inc. Marc has worked across multiple industries and his previous roles include strategy development, operational and financial roles in private equity, consulting and banking. He received an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Marketing, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Maryland.
Executive Vice President, Solution Engineering, Sales and Alliances
As Executive Vice President of Solution Engineering, Sales and Alliances, Chris leads sales, solution engineering, channels and alliances globally for Velocity.
Chris has more than 25 years of experience in key positions defining, implementing, managing, and selling ERP, CRM and HCM applications. Before joining Velocity, Chris was VP of Strategic Accounts at Oracle for Human Capital Management solutions, where he led sales efforts for the largest Oracle accounts and helped merge sales processes for legacy software applications with newer cloud offerings, such as Oracle Fusion and Taleo. In addition, he served as VP of Applications for Oracle’s vertical markets in Aerospace & Defense and U.S. Discrete Manufacturing. Chris has also held regional and executive leadership positions for application services and solutions at IBM and Corio, was a founder of Gartner Software Solutions, Inc. (subsequently sold), and built a very successful tenure in consulting and educational services sales at Harrison, Inc.
Senior Vice President, Legal & General Counsel
Chris Heller leads Velocity’s legal and governance functions in contracting, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate compliance initiatives.
Prior to joining Velocity, Chris was a partner in SNR Denton’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where for 14 years, his practice concentrated on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and debt financing. Chris has represented buyers and sellers in billions of dollars of deal volume throughout his career, and he has received numerous professional accolades, including designation as a Chambers-rated attorney.
Senior Vice President, Global Infrastructure
As the Senior Vice President of Global Infrastructure, Chris leads and defines Velocity’s global infrastructure strategy and operational aspects of infrastructure management services, bringing together Velocity’s global infrastructure teams and data center footprint.
Previously Chris served as Vice President of EMEA Service Delivery at Velocity. Prior to joining Velocity, Chris served as Technical Director of velos-IT, and held positions at Damovo, Motorola, and Hewlett Packard. Chris holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.
